Kone 10 offers customers from around the world an easy to use self-checkout system for products listed on our online webstore. 


Kone 10 has the right to refuse international orders, but we will do our best to facilitate them.


Kone 10 packs and ships each order within 3 business days of purchase--unless otherwise noted.  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to shipping companies.


For customers who live outside of the United States, Kone 10 is not responsible for any import taxes/duties imposed by the country of import or customs delays.


 

RETURNS

Online Orders

In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly honor your return.  These items will be replaced with identical ones as soon as they become available.  Returns for any other reason are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Although Kone 10 has the right to refuse a refund linked to any reason other than the ones listed above, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.  We will try our very best to accommodate each case.

Showrooms

We do not accept returns on orders not made through our website.  Please directly contact the showroom where you purchased your item for their return policy.


CANCELLATIONS

Due to the delicate and time-consuming craftwork required on our pieces, custom orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours after an order has been placed.
